Digital Media continues to play a more prominent role in all of our lives. Everything from DVDs, Digital Cameras, iPods, and Digital Camcorders. My use of digital media continues to expand, and this influences many of my technology decisions, including to the computers I use (a mac) and the websites that I frequent. It also raises some challenges, such as how to I ensure that the 18,000 photos I have are safe in the event of a hard drive failure. There are many more challenges that we need to address to preserve and maximize the value of our digital media.
This web site is a collection of items related to digital media, its uses, and some ways to address some of the challenges that we all face.
